To activate your AI Employees, navigate to the specific AI Employee tab (Receptionist, Lead Qualifier, or Staff Scheduler) and go to their AI Profile section. From there, you can configure their settings and activate them. Each AI Employee can be customized with specific rules, preferences, and operating parameters.
Your billing is based on usage of minutes and SMS messages per AI Employee. Each plan includes a set amount of minutes and messages. If you exceed these amounts, you'll be charged on a Pay As You Go basis. You can monitor your usage in real-time via the billing widget in the sidebar.
Yes! Each AI Employee has a customizable personality profile. You can adjust their communication style, voice tone, language preferences, and greeting messages in their respective AI Profile sections. This ensures your AI team aligns with your agency's brand and values.
Call routing rules can be configured in the Receptionist AI's "AI Profile & Rules" section. Click "Add Rule" to create a new routing rule, set priority levels, define trigger keywords or conditions, and specify transfer destinations (name, phone, email, or extension). Rules are processed in order of priority.
